For over 125 years, Reed & Prince Manufacturing Corporation has been a leading supplier of precision, make-to-print cold-headed fasteners to major industries. Founded in 1886 by Edgar Reed, our company has evolved from a small shop on Tainter Street in Worcester, Massachusetts to a multi-faceted company, designing and engineering precision custom fasteners. Over the years, we have earned a reputation as an industry leader, developing and manufacturing innovative new products that provide our customers with cost savings, reduced lead times, and process enhancements.

Our History

Reed & Prince has a rich history, with significant milestones that showcase our commitment to innovation. From our humble beginnings in 1886, we have grown to become a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated company. We have been IATF 11969: 2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability. Today, we specialize in manufacturing make-to-print, cold-headed fasteners, screws, rivets, pins, and studs ranging from 0.070" (1.8 mm) to 0.500" (12.7mm) in diameter and 0.125" (3.175mm) to 5.00" (127mm) in length.
