Disappointment with Landscape Maintenance Quote
Unreasonable Pricing
The reviewer, Nicole Zulich, was unimpressed with the quote provided by Chris for monthly landscape maintenance. She was initially quoted $225, which was significantly higher than her current payment of $140. To make matters worse, when she expressed her intention to seek another estimate, Chris increased his quote by $25, leading her to decide to find someone else.
Lack of Flexibility
The reviewer felt that Chris was inflexible and unwilling to negotiate a better price. His decision to increase the quote when she considered getting another estimate only added to her frustration.
