Ed Kurtz, President and Creative Principal, is the driving force behind our design philosophy. With a background in Architectural Drafting Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture, Ed has led the firm since 1989. Karen Kurtz, Vice-President and Director of Human Resources, brings a calming and guiding presence to the office, ensuring a strong company culture. Our support staff includes experienced professionals such as Fred Decker, Steve Podhola, Les Schulz, and Grant Brandon, each contributing their expertise to the success of our projects.
