Established in 1991, Cade, Inc. is a general contractor with a commitment to providing quality services, safely, in an expeditious manner, while keeping customer satisfaction paramount. Our mission is to be different from most general contractors, avoiding misunderstandings that can lead to change orders and delays. We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients, as evident from the fact that 90% of our current work is for repeat customers.

Development

At Cade, Inc., we believe in fostering growth through responsible land development. We own land for development near Youngsville, North Carolina, and offer 41 acres of commercial-zoned property. Additionally, we have a 2.3-acre lot with grading and septic permits ready for development. If you're interested in a land and building package, please don't hesitate to contact us.
