At Boynton Construction, we've been dedicated to building quality living spaces for over three decades. Founded by our CEO, who had a passion for construction from a young age, we've evolved into a renowned developer and builder of homes and condominiums. Our journey began with small projects, including roofing and part-time home building, while working a full-time job. However, after years of part-time involvement, we made the bold decision to go full-time into the construction industry in 1985.

Our first major project was Hampshire Court Condominiums, a 25-home community in Vernon, CT. This was a groundbreaking endeavor that allowed us to establish ourselves as a reputable developer and builder. The success of this project led to more subdivisions, ranging from 10 to over 40 lots, along with several small commercial building projects. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been the driving force behind our growth.

Throughout the years, our family has been deeply involved in the business. Our son, Jon, graduated with a degree in construction management and worked for a large commercial company before joining us. He now plays a key role in our operations. Our daughters, Carolyn and Kristyn, have also contributed to the business, with Carolyn focusing on home design and sales, and Kristyn overseeing our real estate operations through Boynton Realty LLC.

Today, we're proud to have two active communities, with more projects in the pipeline. Our involvement in the Home Builders Association of Hartford has further solidified our position in the industry.
