Perrone Construction's story began on New Year's Day, 1956, when the Italian ocean liner Il Conto Di Blanco Mano docked in New York Harbor after a two-week voyage from Naples. Nicola Perrone, a sixteen-year-old cobbler's apprentice, gazed with excitement at the New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty. Shortly after, he began working as a laborer for a mason contractor, a decision that would set the stage for a legacy etched in stone. Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to quality, Nicola laid the foundation for Perrone Construction, a company that would become synonymous with excellence in masonry work throughout Northern New Jersey.
