Questions
How does dry fog technology work?
Our EPA-registered sterilant creates micro-particles that penetrate all surfaces, killing mold spores at the molecular level. The second application leaves a protective antimicrobial layer that prevents regrowth.
Is mold remediation covered by insurance?
We help clients navigate insurance claims with documentation support. Coverage depends on individual policies, but we work with public adjusters to maximize claim approval chances.
What makes your service faster than competitors?
Dry fog treats entire structures simultaneously without requiring wall demolition. This allows complete remediation of 2000 sq ft homes in 4 hours versus multiple days for traditional methods.
Are your treatments safe for pets and children?
Yes, our FDA-registered solutions break down into water and vinegar within hours. Pets and children can safely re-enter treated spaces within minutes after completion.
Do you offer guarantees?
We guarantee 100% mold elimination and cleaner indoor air quality than outdoor baseline measurements. Post-treatment testing confirms results before final payment.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
Our Jacksonville team provides same-day service for urgent cases and guarantees arrival within 24 hours for standard requests across Duval and Clay Counties.
