Ross Graham

As the owner and president of 41:10 Construction Group, Ross has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. With a degree from Texas Tech University, Ross is dedicated to serving his customers and ensuring that their needs are met. When not working, Ross enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Andy Postema

As the owner and general manager of 41:10 Construction Group, Andy brings extensive experience in the construction industry. With a passion for serving others, Andy is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise. Andy holds a degree from Aquinas College and is married to his wife, Cory.

Bo Graham

As a project manager, Bo is dedicated to ensuring that every project exceeds our clients' expectations. With a degree from Texas Tech University, Bo is passionate about serving the community and has a strong sense of family. When not working, Bo enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Dave Johnson

Dave is a valuable member of our team, with extensive experience in sales, operations, and customer service. Before joining 41:10 Construction Group, Dave spent 11 years in the Army National Guard as a Field Artillery Officer. When not working, Dave enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his wife, Melissa.

Taylor Blake

As a project manager, Taylor brings a unique perspective to our team. With a degree in Marketing from the University of Hawaii, Taylor has spent years remodeling and building custom homes in the DFW area. When not working, Taylor enjoys the water, deer hunting with her dad, and spending time with friends and her dogs.

Jacqueline Langford

As a teacher and member of our team, Jacqueline is dedicated to serving our clients and ensuring that their homes are restored to their pre-storm condition. When not working, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family and advocating on behalf of our clients.

Karen Graham

As our marketing manager, Karen brings extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students. With a passion for serving others, Karen is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise. When not working, Karen enjoys painting, photography, and traveling with her husband, Ross.

Tanner Smith

As a project manager, Tanner is dedicated to serving the community he was raised in. With a degree from Tarleton State University, Tanner enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. When not working, Tanner spends time with his family and friends.

Huck & Aldo

Our newest members of the 41:10 team are Huck and Aldo. When not working hard for the job, you can find them playing in the yard, eating scraps, or napping together.
