Quality of Work and Professionalism
The quality of work and professionalism of Ross & Associates have been a subject of debate among reviewers. On the negative side, Bernard mentioned that the company produces very poor quality work and exhibits unprofessionalism on the job site. George Kaplan was also unhappy with the quality of work, stating that the company did not honor its guarantee when issues arose after completion. Fizzy Beeb experienced large cracks in the foundation of their building, which were not properly addressed by the company.
