Our termite control services combine advanced fumigation techniques with targeted spot treatments for comprehensive protection. We specialize in Vikane gas fumigation that penetrates structures to eliminate drywood termites, bed bugs, and wood-boring beetles. Our licensed technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify infestation patterns and implement customized treatment plans. With 27 years of local expertise, we offer 2-year warranties on structural fumigations and maintenance contracts for ongoing protection. Our methods leave no residue while ensuring complete eradication of wood-destroying organisms.
Rodent Removal
Our rodent removal services address infestations of rats, mice, and other rodents through comprehensive exclusion programs. We use strategic trapping systems combined with habitat modification to eliminate existing populations and prevent re-infestation. Our technicians identify and seal entry points while implementing sanitation protocols to deter future activity. With specialized equipment for hard-to-reach areas, we handle both residential and commercial properties. Our approach includes insulation replacement and disinfecting services to restore affected spaces to safe, habitable conditions.
Bed Bug Extermination
Our bed bug extermination services utilize integrated pest management strategies for effective elimination. We combine thermal remediation with targeted chemical treatments to address all life stages of bed bug infestations. Our technicians perform detailed inspections of mattresses, furniture, and structural components to identify harborage areas. For severe cases, we offer structural fumigation services with post-treatment barrier applications. With specialized experience in multi-unit dwellings, we implement coordinated treatment plans that minimize disruption while ensuring complete eradication of these resilient pests.
Ant Control
Our ant control services target common San Diego species including Argentine ants, thief ants, and odorous house ants. We implement dual-action treatment programs combining interior baiting systems with exterior perimeter defenses. Our technicians identify colony locations and disrupt pheromone trails to prevent re-infestation. For commercial properties, we develop customized IPM plans that meet health code requirements. Our monthly protection programs use low-toxicity formulations safe for homes with children, pets, or chemical sensitivities while maintaining 100% effectiveness.
Fumigation Services
Our fumigation services provide complete pest eradication for severe infestations of termites, bed bugs, and wood-boring beetles. Using Vikane gas fumigation, we penetrate all structural components to eliminate pests at every life stage. Our certified technicians follow strict safety protocols for residential and commercial properties, including specialized procedures for multi-story buildings and sensitive environments.
