• Kyle Bridgewater, Partner: Kyle graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Technology & Engineering Education and has worked alongside his father, Jim, since he was in high school.
• David Bridgewater, Lead Technician: With a master's degree from Quinnipiac University, David has worked alongside his father, Jim, for many years.
• Kara Bridgewater, Communications Manager: Kara graduated cum laude from CCSU with a degree in communications and marketing.
