Negative Experiences
The author, Dan Hartey, had a disappointing experience with the company. He requested a quote for several repairs around his house and after the technicians arrived on site, they failed to follow up with a quote despite multiple attempts by Hartey to contact them. The technicians cite being busy as an excuse for the lack of communication and the lack of a quote, but Hartey was left frustrated and without a quote for over three weeks.
Inadequate Service
The company's inability to provide a quote in a timely manner and their lack of communication are major red flags. Hartey's experience raises concerns about the company's professionalism and reliability. Overall, it is not surprising that Hartey would not recommend this company and encourages others to look elsewhere.
