Issues with Product Delivery and Inventory Management
Customers have reported problems with the delivery and inventory management of the company. Jay Brees, who gave the company 2 stars, stated that he paid for and ordered a product, but a month later the company informed him that they were having trouble getting it in. It was later revealed that the company had ordered the product twice, but lost it in their stockroom both times, causing delays and inconvenience to the customer.
Positive Parking and Docking Experience
On the other hand, Adam McChattland, who gave the company 5 stars, had a positive experience with regards to parking and docking. He mentioned that the company had a wide-open lot for parking and docking, and that when he had to retrieve bills, it was done quickly and efficiently.
A Warehouse That's Not Open Yet
Mohammad Azhar Ahmad, who gave the company 4 stars, wrote that the company is a tile, carpet, and flooring warehouse. However, the photos he provided were of a future warehouse, rather than the actual building.
