G. B. Construction, Inc., a Southern California-based general contracting firm, has been a leader in the industry for over three decades. Founded in 1982, our company has a rich history of delivering projects on-time and under-budget for our clients without compromising quality. With close to four decades of building experience in public works projects, we are poised to "go beyond" in providing our general contracting services to established and new clients who share a vision for bettering our communities.

Preconstruction Service

Our preconstruction services are designed to provide our clients with the most complete cost, scheduling, and constructability information for their project. Our team of experts will work closely with our clients to generate information on estimating, value engineering, site logistics, project scheduling, constructability review, bid packaging and procurement, and budget management.

General Contracting

As a full-service General Contractor, we provide all necessary project management, supervision, procurement, safety, and quality control for our clients. Our broad and detailed experience in low-income housing, educational, private multifamily housing, and athletic field projects enable us to deliver high-quality and timely new construction and renovations.

New Construction

Our team of construction professionals has extensive experience in building new construction projects, including multifamily, educational, athletic field, and new housing projects. Our collective expertise ensures that our clients receive high-quality construction services that meet their unique needs.

Design Build (Private Only)

In this delivery method, we will work directly with our clients to design and construct their project. Our team will assemble a qualified team of architects, engineers, and consultants to turn our clients' vision into a viable building design. We will then perform subcontractor buyout and contracting, complete permitting requirements, and directly administer and manage all aspects of construction.
