Despite being recommended by a local nursery, Richard's Tree Service did not follow through on their promise to remove the stump due to its small size. Instead, Ron suggested hiring a gardener or landscaper to do the job. When Richard asked for a price quote, Ron was unable to provide one. The owner of the company failed to follow up with Richard, leaving him with a sense of disappointment and frustration.
