Shad's passion for wood began at a young age, watching a master craftsmen build custom cabinets and trim. He was captivated by the beauty and color of natural materials, and this passion has driven his career. With a degree in Architectural Drafting and a degree in Construction Management, Shad has spent years working in the specialty wood supply business.
