Our History
Our company was founded by Cliff Schoen in the 1940s as a sewer and paving contractor. Over the years, we've grown and expanded our services to include residential and commercial paving, asphalt resurfacing, pavement milling, site preparation and development, sealcoating, concrete paving, and snow removal. Today, our team is led by Tom Wheeler, who continues the legacy of his father and grandfather, Bob Wheeler, Sr.
