Our Expertise

Our team has a deep well of experience in a variety of project types, including small commercial projects, custom homes, mixed-use planning and design, multi-family residential, senior and student housing. Our architects and designers are skilled in all phases of project delivery, from programming and master planning to feasibility studies, schematic design, and contract document production.

Meet Our Team

John Harvey, Principal Architect and General Contractor, has over 30 years of experience and oversees all projects produced by the firm. John holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies and has worked on a wide range of projects throughout the East Coast.

Mike Frease, Project Manager, has over 15 years of experience and heads our office in Saint Augustine, Florida. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Kent State University and has extensive experience in the production of construction documents and is well-versed in AutoCAD and BIM software.

Erik H., part-time intern and Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies student, has a strong foundation in AutoCAD drafting, site surveys, and as-built measuring, and assists with the production of design and construction documents.
