• John O'Connor, President: With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, John is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Steve Dolan, Lead Service Technician: Steve has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry and is known for his attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
• Fran Vermeal, General Manager/Estimator: Fran has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for overseeing our installation and replacement services.
• Andrew Copp, Service Technician: Andrew has over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Our History

O'Connor Plumbing and Heating was established in 1995 by John O'Connor, who had a vision to become the premier plumbing and HVAC company in the Southern Tier. Today, we have a team of 25 employees, 6 service vans, 5 office staff, 3 install/replacement crews, 1 warehouse/truck driver, and 10 field plumbers. We have expanded our services to include residential and commercial construction, service, replacements, and maintenance of all HVAC and plumbing systems.
