Our History

Our journey began with a childhood fascination with construction. As a young boy, I was always intrigued by the way things were built. As I grew older, that fascination only intensified, and I knew that I wanted to make a career out of it. After completing my education at Syracuse University, I gained valuable experience in the construction industry, from framing laborer to lead carpenter. In 1995, I founded Hedding Home Improvement, a remodeling and light construction company. In 2001, I shifted my focus to residential framing and established Hedding Home Contracting, LLC.

Our Communities

We're proud to offer a range of communities that cater to different lifestyles and preferences. Our most recent addition is Southern View Estates, a unique community located on the north side of Rush-Henrietta Town Line Rd. This setting takes full advantage of the natural topography, featuring terraced homes with plenty of open space and stunning views to the south. With lots ranging from 1.2 to 3.5 acres, some with private drives, and a picturesque pond with a walking trail connecting to nearby Martin Rd. park, residents can enjoy a serene and peaceful environment.
