Transform Your Space with Timeless Elegance
Our Heritage
For over 150 years, the White family has dedicated themselves to the art of crafting exceptional stone products. It all began with John A. White, who founded White's Marble Works in 1870 with the vision of serving his community. What started as a modest marble headstone company has blossomed into a multi-million dollar custom countertop business, all while continuing White's tradition of creating one-of-a-kind monuments. Today, the legacy thrives under the leadership of Matt White, CEO and head of the countertop division, working alongside his daughter Kristen Locklear at their Sweetwater location. The monument division, meanwhile, is expertly managed by Allen White, Executive Vice President, at their Madisonville location.
Our Expertise
We understand that selecting and installing stone surfaces is a significant investment. That's why we're committed to providing a personalized experience that guides you through every step of the process. Our team of seasoned professionals leverages over a century of combined expertise to ensure your vision becomes a reality.
The Seamless White's Experience
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction extends beyond just the stone itself.
1. Sales: Finding the Perfect Match
Our first step begins with a consultation. We encourage you to meet with our experienced sales team to discuss your project in detail. Discover which material best complements your design aesthetics and needs. Our expansive showroom showcases the latest quartz brands and a vast natural stone yard with over 1,000 slabs, offering a world of possibilities. Should you need assistance, we offer complimentary measurements for your project. Once you've made your selection and approve your quote, a 50% deposit secures your pricing, material, and template date.
2. Template: Precise Measurements
At the time of your final measure, ensure all base cabinets are securely attached to the wall and in their intended permanent position. We utilize state-of-the-art 2D/3D laser templating technology to guarantee the utmost accuracy for your countertops. To prevent any potential delays, having your sinks, faucets, and other fixtures on-site is highly recommended. This crucial step allows our experienced templator to finalize any custom designs and details within our facilities.
3. Design: Bringing Your Vision to Life
After all measurements are finalized, our dedicated team meticulously creates a digital layout of your project. If requested, this includes simulating the stone or seam placement. High-resolution photographs of each slab are taken, and a 2D/3D image showcasing the proposed countertop arrangement is presented.
4. Fabrication: Craftsmanship in Action
Once you've approved all the design details, our master craftsmen begin the fabrication process. Our 5,000-square-foot manufacturing facility houses top-of-the-line digital CNC machines, enabling us to produce precisely engineered countertops. Every project is fabricated in-house by our skilled team, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
5. Installation: Professional Execution
Our experienced installation team, boasting over 15 years in the stone industry, leads every installation project. To ensure secure under-mount installations, we require clients to have their sinks onsite during the installation process.
Our Product Range
White's Marble Works proudly offers a diverse selection of natural stone products, encompassing a spectrum of styles and functionalities.
