Our Process

Our process is designed to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. We require project documents and shop drawings to be forwarded to us prior to starting a project. We then use these documents to base our labor rate and total labor cost estimate on project specifications, location, and working conditions, as well as any other risk factors.

**Our estimate is typically submitted within 3-7 days of receiving the project documents. We then draft contracts with clauses that ensure a fair and just transaction. Our contracts are carefully reviewed and revised if necessary to ensure that we're both on the same page.
