Jeff and Paige Japhet have combined their extensive knowledge and expertise to establish a new and unique approach to homebuilding. Jeff, a U.S. Army Veteran, shares his passion for creating handicap-friendly homes that cater to the needs of families who have been affected by combat-related injuries.

Our Process

We take pride in our collaborative construction process, which is designed to guide you through the journey of building your dream home. Our nine-step process includes:

1. Meet and Greet: We'll meet with you and your family to discuss your lifestyle, price point, and financing options.

2. Site Selection: We'll work with you to select the perfect home site, and our designers will create a customized site plan.

3. Design: We'll meet to discuss your floor plan layout, recommended amenities, and initial ball park pricing.

4. Selections: You'll begin making color selections, designing your landscape, and finalizing your financing strategy.

5. Finishing Touches: We'll finalize your floorplan, site plan, elevations, recommended amenities, and color selections.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting: We'll hold a pre-construction meeting to review your project and pour the foundation.

7. Pre-Drywall Meeting: We'll meet again to inspect your home, install mechanicals, and prepare for drywall.

8. Final Walkthrough: We'll conduct a final inspection and walk-through to ensure everything is complete and perfect.

9. Welcome Home: Congratulations! You're now the proud owner of your new Japhet Home!
