Our History

Carl M. Lieber founded Lieber Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning in 1949, operating out of his residence and garage in Oklahoma City. In 1972, Carl's son-in-law, William E. "Bill" Carroll, joined the business, and in 1973, Bill's 14-year-old son, Craig, began helping his father. Craig Carroll, Owner, learned the trades working weekends, summers, and holidays through high school and then college, obtaining his Journeyman Plumber's license, Natural Gas Fitter's license, and becoming the current owner of the company.
