Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Robert S. Biscan, our president, has over four decades of experience in construction, having started his career in engineering design and later transitioning to project management. Jim Coleman, our vice president and COO, has been in construction his entire life, having grown up in a family of builders. Rex Choate, our senior project manager, brings over two decades of experience in construction management to our team.
