Our Services

AP&S offers a wide range of services including; Private driveways and Residential developments up to Municipal, DOT and FAA projects. Our services include underground, earth moving, concrete flatwork and structures, grading and of course paving. Our customers will receive not only the highest quality construction and superior materials, but also the ability to make one call for all their horizontal construction needs.

Our Organization

On July 1, 2003, Northern Improvement Company acquired the assets of Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., Earth Products Concrete & Materials, LLC and Flintstone Industries, Inc. in Prescott Valley, AZ. These businesses consisted of asphalt paving, aggregate sales and ready mix concrete. The operations were combined and a new corporation was formed December 31, 2003 by the name of Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc. (AP&S) as a wholly owned subsidiary of McCormick Incorporated.
