Allen's Air Care serves all of Rutherford County and portions of surrounding counties. We have experience in servicing all brands of equipment. Allen's Air Care only employs service technicians who are factory trained and certified in HVAC equipment. Our employees are evaluated on their professionalism, appearance, and conduct. Each employee is licensed, bonded, and insured. Allen's Air Care is a Drug-Free Workplace and carries worker's compensation on all staff.

Mike Allen founded Allen's Air Care, Inc. in 1992. It had been a dream of his since graduating from Smyrna High School in 1983. Mike worked for nine years with several of Middle Tennessee's largest and most established HVAC employers before starting his own business. Today, Allen's Air Care has over 3,500 active customers, a staff of 15, runs multiple service and installation crews, and generates revenue from both residential and light commercial jobs. Allen's Air Care is seen as a leader in the local HVAC market.

Mike has received countless awards and recognition for the performance of AAC in the industry. He holds the following certifications: NATE, Manual-J, EPA, State Mechanical and Electrical License. Mike is also a leader in his community, actively involved with Smyrna Youth Football League and offers property management services to Special Kids, a not-for-profit daycare for special needs children.
