Our communities offer a range of options for homebuyers, from quiet cul de sac lots to private gated communities with fabulous views and green spaces. Our communities include:
- Eagle Ridge: An exciting Spokane south hill location with great views and proximity to downtown.
- Glennaire: A brand new community located atop Brown's Mountain on the South Hill, featuring 16 spacious lots with private views.
- Monterra: A new private gated community in the Spokane Valley with fabulous views and spacious lots.
- Trickle Creek: A quiet community with a great country feel, located on the edge of town, with views and privacy.
- Valley Springs: A private gated community in the Spokane Valley with private lots, views, and proximity to downtown.

Old Homes Quality Issues
Chris Pick's review mentioned that his 1996 Paras-built home has issues with wood rot, leaks, and poor waterproofing. Chris Burdick, on the other hand, had a positive experience with his Paras-built home, saying that the company responded quickly to his questions.
