I expected new filters to be installed. I understood that was included. Please respond. The company responded promptly and clarified what I was told with what the plan provides, one filter per unit, not filters for all returns. They made good on what I was told, providing all filters. Very pleased with their customer service.

I initially called Airview AC on Wednesday of this week, and they had someone who was coming out within 30 minutes. I rescheduled for Friday of this week because that time wasnt convenient. I received a text message about 30 minutes into the 4 hour window they had given me for the call. The tech diagnosed the issues with our AC system quickly and gave me a no-nonsense estimate of the costs.

I received a very complete report on the system problems and a fair price was charged. I will always send my business to Airview in the future, despite having over 20 years experience with another AC company in the area.

Charles was our repairman. He gave us peace of mind and answered questions professionally. (He dealt with lots of animals and a messy house. I appreciated that.) Had follow up by Mateo and assistant. They were VERY thorough to check the system! I would recommend them highly!

Eric came out and inspected our old unit and gave us a number of options. Because the unit was 25 years old we chose a replacement. We had estimates from other companys but Airview was the best price. The team came out and worked hard all day to install our new system. They replaced everything and hung new ductwork instead of leaving it all over the attic floor.

They gave us instructions on using the new system and answered all our questions. The crew was so courteous and clean. Using fabric to protect my floors, booties where needed and constantly cleaning up any mess. I would highly recommend Airview!

Airview AC, Collin, Fannin & Grayson are simply the best residential maintenance repair and installation company Ive done business with in my 32 years as a home owner. 1st, Eric Ortega came to my home to review the property HVAC system. Let me be clear I also had 2 other companies give me quotes for the same replacement, apples to apples quotes. Airview AC was so affordable with my turnkey installation that I was able to upgrade the system to a 2 phase system + add a UV air cleaner (my wife and I are older, and I felt the added UV air cleaner may help eliminate bacteria and germs throughout the circulated air system.) That said, Airview quoted turnkey installation was thousands less than the other HVAC installations.

Day of work, I was told to expect crew arrival between 8:30-9:00 am. Louis sent me a text at 8:30 as notice he was in route. Louis, Manual, Yani and Aldo promptly began installation: efficient and professional all. The Job was complete, tested and reviewed before their departure. Best regards Kirk G

Excellent experience. Airview came out on a short notice. They were able to provide us with a new install in 2 days. The crew was great and cleaned up after the work was finished.
