For nearly two decades, we have been dedicated to the building and renovation of fine homes throughout the Central Ohio region. Our Services

Our services begin with your idea. You contact us, an experienced, bonded, and insured design-build firm, for our expert opinions regarding feasibility and to collaborate on layout, finishes, and interior design. We provide a complimentary design and estimating service, ensuring that your financial investment doesn't begin until you commit to your project. Once construction begins, we maintain a high level of communication to keep you informed and discuss project milestones. However, you are not expected to monitor onsite construction in any way.

Our Process

Our process starts with a consultation at your home, where members of our interior design and estimating team will meet with you to take detailed measurements and photos of your space. We will discuss your needs and wishes for your project. Following this, a design review will be conducted at our office, where you can review the proposed renovation and make changes on the spot. Finally, we will meet at our office to review your designs and the scope of work in detail, providing you with a design-specific quote.
