Outlaw Excavating was founded in 2005 by Cody White and his brothers, who grew up operating machinery on a Kansas farm. Relocating to Tucson in 2001, Cody initially pursued architecture but transitioned into pool construction before launching the company. Starting with a skid steer, we expanded our fleet and capabilities during the mid-2000s economic boom, employing up to 13 team members at our peak. The 2008/9 recession forced us to scale back to just two employees, but we persevered through challenging times. Post-recession, we diversified into various excavation projects across Arizona, establishing a reputation for reliability and expertise.In 2017, we launched Outlaw Trucking & Materials, growing to 16 trucks by 2023. Our 2020 venture into screening dirt and gravel led to a joint venture with a large-scale wash plant, meeting Tucson's aggregate demands. Today, our combined operations employ over 35 people with diverse equipment for residential and commercial projects. Our hands-on experience spans pool construction, site preparation, septic installations, and commercial building support. This journey reflects our commitment to adapting to market needs while maintaining the work ethic instilled during our agricultural upbringing.
