Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the construction industry. Jamie Olding, one of our owners, brings 22 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Tara Olding, the other owner, has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for managing our company's finances. Our leadership team is committed to providing exceptional client service and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality.

We have 10 field personnel who are dedicated to ensuring that every project is completed with the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Our team is led by experienced project managers and superintendents who have a deep understanding of the construction process.
