Our Story

Advance Construction Management LLC was founded in 2004 to provide construction management and general contracting services. Prior to being renamed Advance Construction Management, one of the principals of the company performed primarily in the federal government contracting arena and participated in the SBA 8(a); HUBZone; and DBE programs. Since then, we have grown to become a leading construction management firm, providing services to a wide range of clients across various industries.
