Our company was founded in 1970 by Glenn Livelsberger, a lifelong resident of Harrisburg, who has spent decades building a reputation for quality and excellence.

Our Story

Glenn Livelsberger, a former shop teacher at Lower Paxton Junior High School, discovered his passion for building during the summer breaks when he would build houses with fellow teachers. After the school closed, he pursued building as a full-time occupation, establishing Glenn D. Livelsberger, Inc., which later became Heritage Builders. Glenn's vision was to be the premier luxury-custom home builder in the area, and he achieved this by focusing on attention to detail and quality. Today, his sons, Tegan and Tate Livelsberger, carry on his legacy, ensuring that Heritage Builders remains synonymous with high-quality homes.
