Our journey began in 1991 when Lonnie Simpson, a lifelong resident of Clearwater County, started the company with a vision to build a reputation for quality work and fair prices. Today, we are one of the leading heavy-construction, general contracting firms in the region, employing about 70 people during the busy season.
