Our History
Founded in 1963, Russell P. LeFrois started the company by building quality and affordable custom homes in Webster, NY. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include commercial construction, real estate development, and property leasing. Today, our family-owned business has grown to become a leading provider of construction and development services across Central Florida and Upstate New York, with a footprint spanning 30 million square feet of projects.
