Asphalt Paving
Asphalt is an excellent surface option that is easy to maintain and lasts many years with proper care. In the Utah climate, asphalt is a better surface choice due to its flexibility during the freeze-thaw process. Unlike concrete, asphalt can be relayered and is less expensive. Our team of experts uses only APWA-approved hot rubberized crack seal to seal asphalt cracks and prevent water penetration.
Asphalt Maintenance
Proper maintenance is crucial to extend the life of your asphalt. Seal coatings seal the asphalt by stopping water penetration and counteract the oxidizing effects of the sun by reintroducing fresh oil into the pavement. We recommend sealing your asphalt every 2-3 years with a Seal Coat Emulsion Base.
