Clites Architects

Clites Architects, PC is a full service architecture firm located in historic Middleburg, Virginia. Our primary focus is residential architecture. We approach architecture as an intense collaboration with our clients; whom are the source of our design inspiration. From initial design sketches to the final construction punch list, we are intimately involved in every aspect of the project. Our most rewarding projects meet the client's expectations with a solution more satisfying than they originally envisioned. We are a small firm, allowing the principal direct involvement in every project. Current projects include new homes, historic renovations, and large scale additions.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced architects who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Tim Clites, the principal of the firm, has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural Center (BAC) and has worked on numerous award-winning projects in the Middleburg area. Linda Clites, the Business Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and is also involved in the Technical Security Department of Loudoun County Public Schools. Jeremy Smith, a registered architect in Maryland, is focused on luxury residential design. Barry West, who is working towards his architectural registration, leads our BIM program. David Stern, with over 20 years of experience, leads many of our larger projects. Mindy Stewart, who is studying Interior Design, brings a unique perspective to our team.
