Our Story

Founded in 1924 by Willard B. Wells, our company was built on the principle of providing quality land development products for a reasonable fee. With a rich history in the Pacific Northwest, we continue to uphold Willard's philosophy today. As of January 1, 2018, W.B. Wells and Associates was acquired by Emerio Design, LLC, a company that was founded in 2005 with the vision to provide land developers a one-stop-shop for managing projects.
