Our services are designed to enhance both commercial and residential spaces with unparalleled paving solutions. That's why we always work with DOT warm mixes and super pave designed to help protect our island.

Materials Used

Quality begins at the foundation. No matter the level of craftsmanship or experience, if the materials are subpar, the result will be as well. We chose to eliminate that possibility altogether. Island Road Materials holds the only permitted asphalt plant on the island and is always fully stocked with the highest quality ancillary paving supplies, such as stone, asphalt, blue trap stone, 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 3/4" Dense Grade, recycled asphalt products (RAP), and stone sand.

Our Story

Inspired by the island's unique charm, Vic and his son, Brandon, established Victor-Brandon Corp. in 1997. The term family business has never been more true, with the company including Vic's daughter, three sons, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Together, they left their mark on Nantucket thanks to their unparalleled craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Beyond their paving prowess, they've been giving back to the community ever since through donations and charitable contributions.
