Jeffrey Piatt, a New Jersey State certified Pesticide Applicator and certified in Powered Industrial Lift Trucks, has been at the forefront of our operations since our inception in 1980. Our team of over 40 employees, many of whom have been with us for over 30 years, are dedicated to ensuring that every property under our care is meticulously maintained. Our customer list currently exceeds 165 corporate properties, and we are proud to have maintained the trust of our clients for over four decades.

Our success can be attributed to the quality and dedication of our staff. We have nine Grounds Maintenance Crews, two Planting and Construction Crews, one Equipment Specialist Crew, a full-time mechanic, and a dedicated general office staff. Glenn Babikian, our Head Foreman, started with the company in 1982 and is a graduate of Kean College.
