Our Story

Founded in 1978 by Geoff Egbers, our company was built on a vision of grandeur. With a focus on quality and excellence, we have maintained our high standards for over 35 years. In 2014, Alex Welter, a second-generation owner, took the helm, ensuring that our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction continues.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals, including:

• Alex Welter, Lead Designer/Owner: With a degree from Ohio State University in Landscape Architecture, Alex has over 15 years of experience in the industry.

• Brittany King, Director of Operations: With over 10 years of experience, Brittany is responsible for maintaining schedules and ensuring that our clients' properties are kept beautiful all year round.

• Norman Bray Foreman and Tim Holbrook Foreman: Both have over 20 years of experience and are dedicated members of our team.
