Locally owned and operated, Quality Exteriors, Inc. is a full-service commercial roofing and sheet metal company that has been serving the Delmarva Peninsula since 1982. The company was founded by Michael Makdad, who built a reputation of excellence in craftsmanship, dependability, and timeliness with our customers. Since Michael's passing, Jason Stallings, along with Michael's daughters, Michelle Thompson, Megan Stallings, and Jessica Raughley, have carried his legacy into the next generation.

With over 160 years of combined experience, our crew's attention to detail continues to go above and beyond industry standards. We take pride in finishing the job quickly and efficiently, ensuring it is done right the first time. Our Story

The story of Quality Exteriors began in 1982 when Michael Makdad established the company by seizing opportunities and applying hard work to achieve his goals. With a high school education and no valid driver's license, Mike sought out his most trusted friends to set up shop at the age of 24. He had 7 years of experience in the roofing trade when his team started a journey to build a new business. Mike's integrity, honesty, and exceptional workmanship were recognized by several larger local contractors, leading to opportunities for growth and expansion.

After serving the community for over 35 years, Michael's goal to ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship remains as it did in the beginning. Today, Jason Stallings, along with Michael's daughters, continue his legacy of quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and dependability.
