Our company was founded by Jim Goebel, a seasoned builder with a passion for construction. Growing up, Jim was involved in various construction projects with his architect father, and his enthusiasm for the trade only grew stronger with time. After completing his Ph. D. from Princeton University, Jim spent 14 years working in the chemical industry before deciding to pursue his true passion. In 1987, Jim and his brother-in-law embarked on a project to renovate a house, rekindling his love for construction. Since then, Newfield Development Company has flourished under Jim's leadership, delivering exceptional home building, remodeling, and additions services to countless satisfied clients.
