Our Story

It all began with a passion for building and a love for craftsmanship. LaRoyce Keene, our Managing Principal, has been involved in the construction industry since he was old enough to swing a hammer. Growing up, he learned the trade from his father and uncles, and it was those early years that fueled his passion for creating beautiful structures. After obtaining his General Contractors license in 1978, LaRoyce left his job as a draftsman to pursue his dream of building homes that truly reflected his clients' personalities.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to their craft. LaRoyce Keene, our Managing Principal, is a seasoned expert with 41 years of experience in the industry. Debby Keene, our Principal-in-Charge, brings over 40 years of comprehensive building and design experience to the table. Our team also includes Luke Keene, MArch, AAIA, CBC, who is an architectural designer with a passion for innovative design solutions; and Melissa Vu, MBA, FF&E Design Consultant, who brings her expertise in hospitality, event, and business management to our projects.
