Before the final walkthrough, our quality assurance team conducts a thorough inspection of all systems and elements in the home. We identify any issues that require repair or touchup and thoroughly clean the home prior to the final walkthrough.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

Once the home is complete, our site manager conducts a final walkthrough with our clients, highlighting the quality of the construction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Step 6: 30-Day Check-In

After our clients have moved into their new home, we conduct a 30-day check-in to ensure their satisfaction with the home and address any outstanding issues.
