Our Story

IEI was founded in 1989 by Mike Johnson and Brad Deprez, both of whom remain active with the company today. We have a long history of commitment to the construction industry, having been a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin since our inception. As a self-performing contractor, we take pride in our ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple aspects of a construction project. Our staff members are actively involved in supporting the construction industry through their involvement in local apprenticeship committees for various trades.
