Residential Projects

Our residential projects are designed to maximize natural light, harmony with the surrounding environment, and functionality. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to quality in every aspect of our work. Our residential projects include:

• 16 Vanguard Way: A 2,500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the Urban Reserve Neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. The site is a 50'x210 single family residential lot with a prominent location at the north end of the main pond. The clients wanted to take advantage of the views on the site, particularly the pond to the south. Maximsizing glass on the ground floor was a driving design force in the project. The exterior massing is characterized as a floating bar, with two rooftop light monitors.

Commercial Projects

We also specialize in commercial projects, including office spaces and coffee shops. Our team takes the time to understand the unique needs of each business and creates a space that meets those needs. Our commercial projects include:
