Swell Design

Swell Design Co. is a partnership between friends, Katy Champion-Uras and Elissa Palamara, who have spent nearly a decade collaborating on each other's designs, vintage shopping, and creating art for their own homes. They began taking on requests from friends and family and eventually turned their passion into a full service interior design studio in 2018. Swell designs homes with an eclectic mix of relaxed modern and vintage charm, bringing personality into each project through their own artwork and textiles, inspired by earthy elements and rich colors. They consider themselves curators of cozy, functional, and fun style, specializing in creating beautiful, livable spaces for the modern family. Based in Monmouth County, they serve the surrounding areas of Atlantic Highlands, Sea Bright, Rumson, Fair Haven, and Middletown, NJ.
