Kevin and Ashley, the heart and soul of ARC, fell in love with the Lycoming County community, each calling it home for different reasons. Kevin, who moved to the area during his time at Pennsylvania College of Technology, found a place he truly belonged. He honed his expertise by managing local oil companies and HVAC operations, gaining invaluable experience in both industries. Ashley, a proud graduate of Williamsport Area High School, grew up knowing the community's needs. She worked for several local oil companies, quietly becoming a knowledgeable force in the industry, understanding its intricacies from the ground up.

Together, Kevin and Ashley bring over 25 years of combined experience in fuel delivery, service, and management. This passion has driven them to create ARC Heating and Service Co., a company built on the foundation of family values and a commitment to serving their community.
